Mexef Quality Source successfully conducted a Kaizen Workshop for Novasol Group, focusing on practical approaches to continuous improvement and Operational Excellence.

The workshop was designed to help employees understand the principles of Kaizen, waste identification, problem-solving, process improvement, and employee involvement. Through interactive learning and practical examples, participants gained a better understanding of how small, structured improvements can create meaningful improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, safety, cost, and workplace performance.
